Your mood would change session-to-session depending on what was uncovered and discussed in the session. Thus, you may not feel very comfortable after every sessions. Especially, in the beginning of the psychotherapy process, it is possible that you may feel uncomfortable since you would confront with some uncomfortable issues either about yourself or the people/situation(s) surronded you. Yet feeling uncomfortable would not be prolonged and you would feel comfortable session-by-session by understanding yourself in depth and being active for change.
